Your first appointment is a consultation where you will be meeting with your doctor, going over your history, including most recent notes and lab work, and most importantly, the reason you are visiting with us. Depending on your care plan, there may be lab work or X-rays ordered.

Your care is important to us and because this specialty is in high demand, our practice adheres to a 3 strike policy. Appointments should be kept to the best of your ability in order to keep your care plan on track.

For new patients, you will receive a new patient packet by mail, or a printable copy here on our website. Your insurance card and license will be needed, but please be prepared for a photo ID to be taken at the time of your initial visit.
On a follow up basis, please bring in old medications, insurance cards, and an updated medication list if you have one.

A new patient appointment runs from 30 minutes to an hour on a regular basis. A follow up appointment is typically 20 minutes to 40 minutes depending on your plan of care.
